Whether you’re planning your first personal statement or preparing for interviews, we’ll guide you step-by-step.

Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (and 7 days a week for Premium members).

Messages are answered within 1–2 working days, or sooner for priority plans.

Digital Products – Once purchased, these are non-refundable (because they’re instantly accessible)

1:1 Sessions –

• Let us know more than 48 hours in advance and we’ll happily refund you in full or reschedule at no extra cost.

• If it’s less than 48 hours’ notice, the session is non-refundable as it’s hard for us to re-fill your slot at short notice.

All refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
